Reduced student fee
Students
at institutions providing further and higher education can now attend
the conference for a reduced fee of £25 per day. This fee
includes all sessions that day and lunch, but excludes the social

Bursaries
now available
Voluntary
and community groups based within Northern Ireland can now apply
for bursaries to attend the conference. Bursaries are available
both for the full conference and for specific days. For further
details see the Registration section.

Bursaries

Voluntary
and community organisations in Northern Ireland can now apply for
bursaries to attend the conference. The bursaries available are
for delegates who wish to attend the full Conference or attend for
specific days which are of interest to them.
Full
conference fee: £175
The subsidised fee includes admission to all sessions, lunches for
four days, three social events 19, 20 and 22 October and site visit.
Day
delegate fee: £50 per day
The subsidised day delegate fee includes admission to all sessions
on the day; lunch for each day and the social event applicable to
the day. Delegates can attend a number of days using this day delegate
fee.
Bursaries
are available for all voluntary and community organisations based
within Northern Ireland only. For an application form, please click
here. Completed forms should be returned as soon as possible

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All fees are payable in either Euros or Pounds Sterling. The
Pound Sterling amount is shown in brackets.
2. Only delegates from CEE/NIS/less prosperous countries (as defined
by United Nations/World Bank) are eligible for the reduced fee.
Based on the GNI per capita 2001, according to the World Development
Indicators database, World Bank, August 2002, there are 37 countries
eligible to pay full fee. All other countries are eligible to pay
reduced fee.

Accompanying Person's Fee includes full Accompanying Persons' programme,
3 conference social events (19th, 20th &22nd), admission to Opening
and Closing ceremonies and site visits on the 21st but NO Conference
Sessions.
4. Registration for the Conference cannot be accepted without either
full payment or receipt of an official purchase order. Accepted
payment methods are Credit Card, Cheque( Sterling Only), Bank Draft
or Bank Transfer. Fees must be paid in advance in order to secure
your place.
5. In the event that payment is not received prior to the conference
nor an official purchase order received, delegates will be required
to make full settlement of their registration fee at first day registration.
6. No refunds will be made after 19th September 2003, but substitutions
may be made in writing without penalty up to 10th October 2003.
7. Cancellations received in writing by 19th September 2003 will
be refunded for all payments received less a 10 % cancellation charge.
