Mike Gill, Co-Chair Climate & Health Council questioned why health practitioners should be interested in climate change.

Transition Towns : local solutions to tackle climate change was presented by Davie Philip from Cultivate, Dublin.

John McCormick a representative from the Soil Association discussed the impact of climate change on food security.

Waste - Whose Problem Is It? was asked by Tim Walker, Head Waste Management, Belfast City Council.

The site visits for Day 5 included Mallusk Recycling Centre, NIHE Solar Panel Experiment and Belfast City Council Allotments.
