Vacancies: Project Officers

Belfast Healthy Cities represents the city of Belfast, within the World Health Organization (WHO) European Healthy Cities Network. Our programmes are challenging but inspirational, introducing new concepts to Belfast through membership of the network, many of our programmes have been mainstreamed by partner organizations.  Our programmes are recognised across WHO Europe as well as locally and are highlighted in global publications.   

Belfast currently holds the position of WHO Secretariat and are honoured to have been chosen by WHO Europe to host the WHO International Healthy Cites Conference, 1-4 October 2018.

The opportunity has now arisen to appoint two Project Officers. The successful post holders will be part of a small but effective team, working to deliver ongoing programmes and a successful Conference. 

Salary, £25,047 - £28,180.  Posts are open to full time 37.5 hours. Part time hours can be negotiated (pro rata).  Both posts are fixed term until 31 October 2018, with possible extension. Secondments will be considered.
